All of a sudden,no more picture messages

Ive had the 3D for a week now and i'm really liking it then BAM! it stopped sending and receiving picture messages. Also the texts which used to be instant now take about 10 minutes to receive.Anyone else experience this? Btw,customer service wasn't any help thanks
