I take real care of my Note 4 , everything was working 100% until a few days ago the handset started freezing and now occasionally the Android screen comes up ( see picture ).
Memory status on the phone is excellent , I have a 32gb memory card inside , latest software is installed.
My Note 4 with its now freezing and the android screen is really starting to annoy me.
Any suggestions what to do ?

Pull the battery out for a few minutes, then try starting it. If the device isn't plugged into your PC and transferring files, you don't need to worry.

Memory status on the phone is excellent
"Memory" status is either close to full (when it's operating) or empty (when the phone is off).

I have a 32gb memory card inside
That could actually be the problem - a corrupted storage (not memory) card. Remove it, then see if the phone works better. Also see Using chkdsk to fix a corrupted SD card.

latest software is installed.
If that happens to be 6.0.1, that could also be the problem - it's buggy on a lot of phones.

Any suggestions what to do ?
That depends on which, if any, of the above is causing the problem.

Looks like the system update. Depending on carrier. All system updates are automatically installed on the device per factory setting. This can be stopped by choice by going under settings and turning it off.

Shine - Note 4 - AV /5.1.1/KNOX/2.4.1

Also curious about the "system status: custom"

Did you root or use a custom rom on there? That could also contribute to the issues you're seeing.
