All of the sudden, my GPS won't atop running?

All of the sudden, my GPS won't stop running?

I've killed just about every app trying figure out the problem, how can I see exactly what app is using the gps? It will not turn off unless I turn the gps radio off completely.

Yes, but I install/remove apps almost daily. I finally got it to stop after uninstalling a handful of apps then rebooting my phone. Bad part about this is that I have no idea what app it was....

when you install the apps pay attention to the permissions it requests. if one of them requests location or gps access and clearly doesn't need it then don't install it.
