All Quicken Payables Ended Up In Contacts

Does anyone know how ALL of the people I ever wrote a check to in my Quicken program, since 1992, ended up being listed in my contacts? They are listed under "Other Contacts" on the web site and also appear in the People program on the Bolt. I want to make sure I can turn off what ever did it. I'm thinking it was HTC Sync but I see no settings in there for the Quicken program...
