Hi!
I was using my Galaxy S7 Edge today and have realised that the auto-brightness function has stopped working.
I then checked if the proximity sensor was working by making a call and putting my hand over the screen (something I know that used to definitely work), and the screen stayed on the whole time. I then checked the sensors by typing *#0*# and have seen that none of the sensors listed in there seem to be working at all. This includes the: Accelorometer, proximity, barometer, lights, gyroscope, magnetic or HRM sensor. None of these are working, which is leading me to think it is not just a faulty sensor.
Any thoughts? I have no idea why this has happened or what is going on.
Thanks, Mitch.
