all sound quit working !!! HELP!

So couple nights ago while I was asleep all sounds on my phone quit working.. alarm, music, ringtone, EVERYTHING! I've tried everything. All settings are right. I deleted everything I recently downloaded... What else can I do ? Is this happening to anyone else? Am I stuck doing a hard reset ? Or calling Verizon?

If you've checked everything and restarted your phone, I think the only thing left to try is a hard reset. Sorry.
