Allow unknown sources greyed out on 7.1.1

Looked at my Samsung Galaxy Tab A today and somehow I lost most of my apps and all the google apps were turned on. It seems as though something was reset however not by me.

Im trying to reinstall my apps and had to resort to Google play because I cannot get Aptoide to work, nor get the Amazon appstore installed because I cannot allow unknown sources.

One app I used previously and had installed was songsterr which I bought on the Amazon app store. Now when I try to install it on google play, it says it is already installed, but sonsterr is not listed on my apps list.

Any help is appreciated.
