I can't install my apps through the play store, I can't use the home and options buttons and I can only use the return button. When I set the lock screen to swipe it goes directly to the main screen, skipping the swipe. Using a Lenovo Vibe K5. It suddenly happened when I was charging my phone.

Since it's still happening in Safe Mode, that suggests a problem with either the firmware or hardware. You could try a factory reset, but if the problem persists after that, then you'd have to try reinstalling the firmware (not sure how difficult that is on a Lenovo -- try searching the forums at XDA-developers.com, which is a good resource for that kind of thing) or bringing it to a repair shop.
