Alternative Camera App

I am looking for a camera app where you do not have to hit the tiny button to take a pic but you can just hit the middle of the screen and it will take a pic like the Iphone. That is one thing that I miss about my BB is the convience key on the side so I can set that to be the camera and be able to turn the camera around and take pics of myself. (I dont like the front facing camera since it does not look as good as the 8mp camera)

But I would be happy if I could just hit anywhere in the middle of the screen to take a pic facing it toward me or not. Does anyone know of a camera app that does this?

Why not just use voice commands: All you would have to do is say "Capture", "Shoot", "Smile" or "Cheese" and your S3 camera snaps the picture.


Menu>System settings>Language & input> Voice command for Apps (enable,turn on)

hmm I didnt know I could do that. But I went under language and input and I don't see that option for voice command for apps.

Camera 360

I downloaded the Camera 360 app but returned it because I couldn't figure out how to tap the screen to take a pic. I tried to slightly tap the screen to long pressing it and it never worked.

Do you know how to get it to work?

Camera ZOOM FX will allow you to assign capture to a volume button among others.
