Always Listening & Active Display?

Does anyone know if this has the Always Listening ("okay google" works with the screen off) & Active Display like the Moto's and Droids? - yes, I know this is not a Motorola phone.

Yes, it does.

Yes and no. The always listening feature works just like Moto's. Even works with the screen off and locked. But it uses ambient display, which wakes up the screen when you receive a notification but it doesn't continue to pulse like Moto display does.

Will it show the notifications with the hand wave?
