The official version is that it's 1% per hour. I haven't seen any difference between my normal use with or without it.

I leave mine on all day and see no difference also it's set to shut off if your phone is unplugged and inactive for a hour....

Not much of a difference with it on, really. I have it on my s7edge and my battery still lasts me all day and my sister has hers on her Note 7 and has no affect to her battery life so far

I also think it is minimal but standby time battery has been very crappy. Overnight it drains like 5%. When on use it is great.
