always on display

I did a factory reset and can't get it to work. Sometimes it comes on, but goes off in matter of seconds.
I know it work before.
Any suggestions?

Do you have it set on schedule or tap to see?
Go into phone settings then lick screen tap Aod

I didn't see a place to set a schedule.
Its seems like it maybe working, hope it continues.
