Is it possible to keep Internet always on. I have a Wi-Fi connection and many time its backend connectivity fails(whereas Wi-Fi signal is present). Androids does not looks for internet connectivity. Ideally Android should have option to keep Internet always on. It can put some feature which keep on doing internet connectivity test with Wi-Fi being primary and if it fails to get internet through Wi-Fi then it should automatically go for GSM data usage. While using GSM data this feature should keep on doing internet testing in Primary (Wi-Fi) connection and restore when connectivity is available on it.

Friends if you can suggest some app which does the same please share.

Ummm.... Android DOES have that option. Go to WiFi Settings, hit the Menu button and click "Advanced". Voil?! tick or untick the "Check for Internet Service" option (Verbatim from description: Auto switch between Wi-Fi networks and mobile networks). Sounds a lot like what you need, right? ;)
