Hey Android central! First off I love this phone, as this is my 6th note phone and will always have one. Anyway, my issue just started as I went to change the picture on the always on screen. When I closed the settings I get the, "unfortunately always on has stopped", and now it is gone from the lock screen, even though I have it on. I have reset the phone, closed everything, nothing is working. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

Yeah i am having the same issue. I updated the aod and whenever i try to put some pictures as the aod it crashes. If anyone else is having this issue and has found a way to fix it please let us know. I am about to factory reset my phone and see if that helps.

With the help of the Samsung rep @ BB I was able to figure this out. Settings>Applications>Application Manager>Menu>Show System Apps>Always On Display>Storage>Clear Cache It seems that if you try to load an image of too large a size it will cause the AOD to crash repeatedly.

Hope this helps someone out there!!

Thank you! Clearing the Cache didn't work for me so I did a force stop, cleared data and cleared cash and that work.

Yes I figured it out before I was able to post. I'm having an issue with this site, I can't stay logged in while in the app, only online.
