Always Pop up a message android virus scan

I encounter this problem few week ago. I just dunno how to get rid of this annoying message.

I'm using Galaxy S4 I9505.

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like adware or possibly malware. Try installing an ad network detector, like Lookout Ad Network Detector. If it finds an ad network, it will give you instructions on how to opt out.
