Am I being watched?

My android phone had two teal colored screws on inside of phone by the battery. They are replaced mysteriously by silver screws without my notice.. Did someone hack my phone? There is metal prongs missing on my phone as well.. It looks as if there is metal missing also. HELP!!!!! It looks like there is metal missing and my phone says encryption off when I receive calls from certain people..

I don't see the simple replacement of screws evidence of "hacking". Did your phone need to be serviced or was it otherwise out of your hands for any period of time? If so, ANYTHING is possible.

As for the "encryption off" item, are you using an app such as Whatsapp or IMO for the calls? You typically won't see any kind of encryption notification on the standard calling apps as it's not typically part of that particular process.

No service was done.. I have a prepaid phone. Virgin mobile. And no I wasn't using any calling app ... This is so confusing.
