Amaze over a Sensation?

Moving my family's 3 lines over to a T-Mobile value plan (ie no phone subsidy, cheaper rates).

I already purchased a like-new Sensation for my wife. For my son, I was considering the Amaze, as it costs only $220 at Costco (with a value plan contract, but no additional monthly phone charge). Is there any compelling reason for me to find another Sensation instead (they are about the same price)?

The Amaze is heavy (my son doesn't care), and I'm expecting worse battery life on it. Of course it does have a faster processor, more RAM, and a warranty. I just though some of you Sensation owners may have some better insights.

The battery life will be about the same as the sensation. The s3 processor is very power efficient and were only talking a .3 MHz difference and that's only if its running at full bore. The price ends on Tuesday most likely as that's when we change the prices. All in all I find people are happier with the amaze.

Great feedback! I stopped today to pick it up - guess what? The price was not good until Tuesday. It is now $249, a $30 increase! I was specifically told by my the salesperson on Sunday at Wireless Advocate that the price was good until Tuesday (this after they were out of the phone) - otherwise I would have gone to another location!

Oh yea, the price changes again after Tuesday - likely not down.

I sent a nice email to corporate - will probably disappear down a hole.

Ah well, makes me more interested in looking for another like-new Sensation....

Kudos to Wireless Advocate's Customer Service team. They responded to my email immediately, apologized for the misinformation I was provided, and are providing me a rebate to more than make up for the phone purchase!
