Amazing phone no $1000+!

I bought both model Google pixel 3 XL's because I couldn't decide which one to get and wanted to compare them up close to see which one I liked better. I decided on the cheaper of the two the 3a XL. I think the pricier pixel 3 screen looks terrible drooping at the top, and it actually made my eyes ache after a mere 20 minutes of use! Unlike Samsung, the pixels dont have the same blue light filter. It has night light which is annoying and makes the screen look bad. I tested out both cameras on the Samsung Galaxy S10+ vs the Pixel 3a XL at taking landscapes and I couldn't believe the pixel actually won!! The Galaxy s10+ starts to look a bit fuzzy as you zoom in. And the only difference is the pixel 3 has wireless charging and a faster processor, the cameras are the same. So If you can't decide which one to get, Or your on a budget. The Google Pixel 3a XL is an amazing phone that's camera beats even the highest priced phones on the market today. $439.99 on Amazon right now.

The processing isn't, though. The 3 has the Visual Core chip, the 3a doesn't, so if you're doing night shots, or need HDR+, you'll notice the difference in processing time.

I haven't noticed a difference of processing time for HDR+ shots after the update to Android 10. It has been instant. What I have noticed just yesterday is that my wife's Pixel 3 can't manually record video in 60 fps like my 3a can. Now that my camera is as fast as hers, I'm feeling really good about my purchase. Cheaper, 60 fps manual video recording, headphone jack, and lighter in the hand.

I love my 3a, this thing is a beast of a phone for the price. The best way I have found to describe this phone is that it just works. No bells and whistle and fancy features, turn it on and use it.

I just bought a like new 3a XL on Ebay for $265 and it is great. I had a 2 XL but my battery life was starting to noticeably decrease and I wanted a better screen. The screen on the 3a XL is MUCH better than the 2 XL. No noticeable difference in speed either...
