My experience this time around was night and day! I filed a claim online at 4:55pm CST on 12/16 and I just received my replacement phone this morning at 9:30am CST on 12/17. WOAH, I totally was not expecting this and I am IMPRESSED!!!! Way to go Samsung Protect!
