Amazon Apps force closing after flashing new ROM

Backed up my apps through titanium, flashed Das Bamf 1.6.3 remix, then restored the "missing apps". When i went to the app, they force closed...only the ones from amazon, the android market seem unaffected. Is there some type of bug that this ROM will FC amazon apps? I went into settings->manage apps-> picked the app, uninstalled then went back to the amazon app store to reinstall them and they all seem to work fine after but is this going to be an issue with all future ROMs or is this a bug with 1.6.3? (I searched the forums for any threads and i didn't find anything so idk if this is isolated to just me)

The same thing has happened to me using VirusROM. At first I noticed it would happen each time I flashed kernels through recovery, but after testing it seems they stop working even if I just do a regular reboot. Same strategy - I end up uninstalling and then reinstalling through the Appstore.

It definitely affects Gentle Alarm and Amazon MP3.
Chalk Ball, Doodle Jump, Business Calendar and SwiftKey are fine.
