I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to be able to remove unwanted apps from the "My apps" tab on the Amazon App Store. I've emailed amazon and would encourage everybody else to do so if this is something you'd like to be able to do.

Just did..after reading your post. I was wondering how do you remove those unwanted apps.

Lets hope the voice of many give us what we want. :)

I'd like to see this implemented as well. More importantly I'd like to actually see an UPDATE to any app I've gotten from them. I find it hard to believe that iCookbook, Watchdog Task Manager, TV Guide Mobile, Random Mahjong Pro, Plants vs Zombies and PBA Bowling 2 have never received an update (in some cases for months).

I'm still amazed that Amazon didn't even think to include something as basic as an uninstall function with they're app store. Just one more reason I'm thinking about uninstalling it altogether.

Just like Apps you purchase on the android market show up as "purchased". The Apps from amazon, although free for a day, we're purchased for $0 and are now yours to use and redownload on your various devices.

Good thinking, I've just emailed them as well since this is one of the things that I don't really like about the App Market.

I emailed them right after AAS was a useable site. I hope everyone emails them, many times over.

As for Cadzilla - I always do this -> MY APPS -> MENU BUTTON -> MORE -> REFRESH MY APPS -> UPDATE AVAILABLE

If you have tried this and there is still no update, go to the Android Market - online or in your phone and see if there is a higher version there. I was most upset to find that Fancy Widgets Pro mysteriously disappeared from AAS only to find the DEV had put FWP and FW into one app and it was on the Android Market only. Hence no update to FWP ever again. Boooo

Under the menu button go to "manage apps" you can uninstall any app, Amazon or other.

jz68 was referring to removing them from the My Apps section of the Amazon Appstore. I have one in there that I mistakenly started to download, cancelled it, but still shows in the list.
