You still get better upgrade pricing than in the store, but AT&T pays a much higher commission for new signups than it does upgrades.

I picked mine up this way (it came today) and It's an awesome phone

Just remember anyone who does this you need to keep the phone on the line you bought it on for 181 days to avoud their own $250 form of ETF.
