Hey All,

My buddy, an iPhone user, purchased a Fire yesterday. I told him to jump in and get to the free daily apps, but obviously he does not have a device to forward it to. Is there a way he can prep for that without actually having a device, or is he **** out of luck?

If im jot mistaken, you can "purchase" the app on Amazons website whether or not you have a device. Its tied to your amazon account, so it shouldn't go away just because you dont install it. A good example was I bought thumb keyboard before I had a tablet when amazon was offering it for free. I never installed it on a device, and when I got my tablet a month later, it was there waiting for me to install when I d/l,ed the amazon appstore app

Yes, that worked for me before I got my Thunderbolt in March. I expect it still does.
