Amazon music download won't save to Offline

I downloaded a song from Amazon Music to use as a ringtone. It has saved to Online but i need it to save to Offline (SD card) so I can access it and use as ringtone. I have paid for the track. How can i transfer it into Offline? Why did it store in Online?

does the app have the accurate permissions?

I've downloaded to Offline storage before without any issues and haven't adjusted any settings
