Ambient Display Weather Doesn't Update

Every morning ambient display shows me the weather, which is nice, except the weather info it shows hasn't changed in weeks. Other contextual items, like reminders and music, display just fine.

Anyone else happen to notice if their weather never changes?

Go to Settings, Applications, go to the one you are using and confirm it's permissions.
If OK, stay in Settings, Battery, settings again, and untick 'put unused apps to sleep'.

Which permission(s) should I be looking at? Also how do I know which app is supplying the weather data to ambient display?

Which weather app do you have that is configured to display on the lock screen or aod?

Was not aware that that is configurable. Don't see where that would be done.

Go to Settings, Applications, in the search area type 'weather'. You will see the preloaded app. Go to the Settings as pictured and confirm the update is active.

Thanks, but you look to be on a Samsung device, so your menus and settings are different.
