amc app mess up latest version

i don't know if anybody used amc app but i notice latest version when click on messages inside app it closes app i never had this issue before i had notify amc once again i guess i'll go back down to dec update and don't upgrade until it get fixed

yeah i try that i even log out and log back in when i get notify outside app new message and i open app click on message app it will close saying clear cache<-it don't work

i did went back to dec version bad news about that i can't see popcorn pass amc a list under rewards it will show up if i upgrade

i don't know what to do i can dismiss notification and i guess don't open up message tab inside for awhile until next version comes up i did email amc that latest version 7.0.124 is buggy dec update version 7.01 117 that i was still on before updated last week had no issues never crash when i click on message tab inside app

that's what doing i just hate fact i can't see popcorn pass under rewards unless i update app and we know there's a bug under messages tab if i see new message within app and yes if i sign into on website it still has popcorn pass under rewards

i can say that it sometimes disappears and reappears when i was on version 7.0 124 last week am not a fan of this bug

funny thing is i asked 2 folks about this issue and both are using an older phone 1 samsung galaxy z folder and s22 so why is it mess up s25 plus phone<-again i have updated app since i bought phone back in feb of last year and never had this issue before where after i dismissed pop up notification and open up messages tab inside app i click on that new message and it never crash or closed telling me i need to clear cache very odd

i hope they will fixed this issue in next update meh

so yeah its not just me i did get notify old version but nothing new message tab back saying like it usually does if i uninstall and reinstall app saying no new messages check back soon

i'm going to also notify amc support today about this surely they will fixed this in next update meh

We’re aware of a bug in recent app versions (including 7.0.124) that can cause the Messages/Notifications section to crash or show “No new messages” after reinstalling, particularly on newer devices. Our team is actively working on a fix, and this is a high-priority item.
While we don’t have an exact release date yet, important updates will continue to be sent via email so you won’t miss anything. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

the thing is because i'm using dec update not jan i can't see popcorn pass in rewards despite its on webiste unless i update

however i do know even when i was on jan update sometimes popcorn pass will disappear and reappear

i did get notify outside app but when i click inside app message tab saying there are no new messages right now<-and i don't get that much often iside message app anyways

hopefully they fixed the app put new one since its now feb and all because i got auto update turn off i know popcorn pass is on my stub account when they scan it

because last week when i went to movies few weeks ago the popcorn pass when i was on new app vanish<-but that was same time the app and website had issues but women scan my thing in app and saw it

it stinks this is happening because i got s25 plus phone feb of last year and never had any issues updating amc app until jan update causing me issues yes i can go back update so i can see popcorn pass under rewards like saying on website

however i have to avoid clicking on a new message in message tab due to it crashes telling me to clear cache does nothing so i guess i'll suffer use dec version until i see new one in play store hopefully this month meh[/td] [td] [/td]

yep 2 more complaints from yesterday app store recent ratings
1st from noel

well I'm unable to open my emails within the app it immediately boots me out the app and tells me there is a bug and I needed to clear my cache which I did and still can't open them now its telling me I need to wait for you guys to clear the bug and wait for the update when there is no current update

crashing the app keeps crashing after clearing cache it needs a bug fix

more complaints in app surely amc will fixed this asap maybe before feb 14th meh

Curious...
I do not have the AMC app, however, after the last update on my S25, I have had an app basically go crazy. I open it constantly flashes. Tried a phone reboot...nothing. Uninstalled and re-installed the app; still acts crazy and basically worthless.
So, I am wondering if it is the latest up date to the phone?
The app is "INCOMMAND" used to remotely control items in an RV trailer such ass slide opening, stabiizers extend/retract, voltage,, water levels, etc.
