An app review doesn't show up on Google Play web. It was left half a month ago. What's going on?

In Google Play Console, I found a new review for my paid app which is available on Google Play Store.
But when I viewed the app on Google Play web with Chrome, I couldn't find that app review which was left on Feb. 12.

What's going on? Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi James,

From my experience, the reviews I see in Google Play Console do also appear on the Google Play with Chrome or APP, so normally they should be consistent.

Are you sure it’s a public review, and not testing feedback?
If the app is in closed testing, feedback left by testers (testing feedback) won’t show up in the public reviews on the Play Store.
