An App to put my CRM contacts into?

I have a few employees that need access to list of Contacts we have in our CRM app. I wan't to keep these contacts separate from regular contacts.

I envision an app that they can open, look for a particular vendor while they are at a trade show, and see if they are in our system yet. We would have about 3000 of our latest contacts there.

Any ideas?
