An issue with sync settings

Today I noticed that I can't change the sync settings of my google account. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Did you happen to turn off background data within your "Data Usage" area on the phone?

I didn't change anything in data usage. Maybe removal (and recreating) of the account will help?

I would try that -- That definitely is something I haven't seen before haha.

Tried that, it doesn't work. And now I have all these options turned on
If I do factory reset what data will be lost, can it help?

Everything that is not backed up will be lost. After a factory reset, it will come be like turning it on the first time coming out of the box.

I've never seen this either yet. I'm curious to what has caused this issue tho for sure.

I still think about a factory reset.
I have a s6 edge without a bank card and sim (just bought it), may it be because of this?
UPD: I could change the settings before.
UPD2: I did factory reset, the problem is solved. Thank you all!
