An Issue with the Stock Keyboard and Quotes

Hey everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has seen this issue with the stock keyboard on the Note 2. I noticed it when the first 4.1.2 update came out and is still there even after the exynos patch update. When placing quotes around a word or phrase the opening quotation marks are actually the closing marks. Now, for quite a while there I was able to just glance over it, but it's really starting to get to me now. I haven't tried it out with another keyboard (like Swiftkey or the others) because I use the hand writing recognition quite a bit, but I'd like to know if anyone else is running into this? And if so (or maybe you have in the past), is there a fix for it by any chance? I'm on the N7100, if that matters, rooted and stock ROM.

Wow, I guess I never really noticed... But yeah, I can confirm that the stock keyboard only has the 'closing' quotation marks. I checked, however, with SwiftKey and MultiLing and while you do have the option to select the 'opening' ones, they're not the default. When hitting the 'quote' button, the ones that come up by default are the same as Samsung's: the 'closing' ones. You have to select the secondary symbols on that button in order to select the 'opening' ones.

I noticed it too... thought it was weird... I wonder if it shows up on the receivers end as closing or if it shows up properly
