'Andoid OS' using ALL the battery apparently,

Ok, up until a couple of days ago, the phone was ok battery wise. Normal usage, I'd be down to somwhere between 50-70% in a day. Looking at the stats they looks something like this -

With the screen taking most of the battery life, usually lasting me between 3.5-4 hours, which I believe is normal. No issue with that.

However, randomly, I now have Andoid OS taking up loads of battery. It seems to be a constant slow drain.

Yesterday I was getting maybe 30% of it used by Andoid OS. Today however it looks like this:

I'm guessing at this point there'd been maybe 30 mins screen time. Yet it doesn't show up at all. EVERYTHING is showing up as Andoid OS.

I know there's a bug which needs fixing but I get the impression this is different as nothing else is showing up.

Any ideas?

Nothing constructive to add. Just that it is weird that nothing else shows in the list. Try going to the Apps list in Settings and see if anything there seems to be doing something out of the ordinary. Also, your signal says "h" which seems odd too but maybe you have it set to somehow say Home vs Roaming instead of your type of signal. Good luck.

I dont think I've installed anything recently, certainly nothing suspect.

As for the signal, that's normal on any 3G phone in the UK. H indicates I've got HSPA coverage. It will display either H, 3G, G, or E depending on what data connection I have. In the first one, I'm on wifi so it doesn't show. I assumed all phones did this everywhere tbh, but I'm guessing not.

Prob a glitch, just reboot, recharge and see if it happens again.
