Probably, in time. They did the same with other apps like the keyboard, so I'm betting they will make it available one day.

The Google experience launcher isn't available yet but you can download the files to try it out. I used it for a couple of days. It works on the One. Here is the link for the site.

I've test and it works on my Nexus 7 and rooted One. Had a few issues with the voice activation "Okay Google" to start the voice search seems to work some days and not other on both devices. Other then that launcher works just like it should, just make sure you follow all the directions otherwise you'll have issues.

I just downloaded it and it's kind of buggy and now my Google Now doesn't work. How do I get back to running sense 5.0?

You should be able to go into settings>applications>Google Launcher and then clear defaults. After doing that press your home button and it should give you the options of selecting which launcher you want to use.

Go to apps. Uninstall the updates for Google search and update it via Google play store

There is a tutorial on the CNET tv website today, explains where to get the files from xda and how to install them. Should work ona inn rooted phone.
