Android 10 headunit stuck on boot loop

I bought a android headunit from this company called EONON model:GA2180A with android 10 and I had it for 2 days worked perfectly and one day I start up my vehicle and the unit is stuck on boot loop is there anyway I could fix this? They did told me to download a software update file on a usb to manually update it so idk if that could be a way to fix the boot loop because it was still stuck on boot loop after the update https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BX3Gkai2C2U&t=5s there's the video for reference thanks in advanced if anyone has any ideas or if anyone has any experience with these android headunits

Welcome to Android Central! See if you can boot into Recovery Mode using the steps mentioned here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/how-do-i-enter-recovery-on-an-eonon-ga6154f-mtcd-kdl.3843295/. Then see if there's an option there to manually update the firmware via USB.
