Android 11 ruined my phone

So Ive had the moto g stylus for a couple months and have been ignoring the new android os update.
I've never had a single problem with my phone until now, it's freezing, restarting on its own, and just buggy af.
Anyone else having this issue?

If the problems go away in Safe Mode, then something you installed isn't playing nice with the update. You'd have to uninstall apps one by one until the problems go away.

If safe mode is same then factory reset
