I have a BLU Studio Mini running Android 12. The battery manager keeps restricting apps, including my messaging app. I keep going there to unrestrict them but the next day it's back restricting them. I go to settings in my messenger app and under battery settings it shows unrestricted, but in general settings under battery manager it keeps restricting it and I don't get messaging notifications. I tried everything, how do I stop battery manager from restricting my apps?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't have a BLU phone, so I can't be sure about this, but some phone manufacturers will bake this kind of aggressive RAM/battery management into the firmware, which the user can't turn off. It can be really frustrating. I used to have a TCL Tab 8 (originally sold by Verizon) that could not play any music streaming app (YouTube Music or Spotify) in the background, even though I had Premium accounts for both. The firmware was killing the app in the background, even though I obviously wanted the music to keep playing while I did other things. There was no way to turn this management off.

You can try contacting BLU about this: https://www.bluproducts.com/contact/
