Android Central Question

Using Android 12 on Samsung S21, Suddenly my Edge panel disappeared from the right side of my Display. I checked with Settings/Display and it shows it is on. Tried turning off and then on, but no reset. What to do?

Rebooted, but no improvement. Does Reset mean going back to factory settings. Won't I lose all my apps and personal touches I have added? Is there a way to avoid losing those things?

No don't factory reset, go to settings>Apps>system apps >find edge panel then tap>storage clear data then force stop.

May be silly but Settings>Apps> ? System apps ? No listing for this...am I just looking for the Edge app? I opened the Edge app, cleared storage, forced stop. Nothing. Rebooted...nothing. Removed Edge app...reinstalled..nothing. Rechecked Settings>Display and checked Edge Panel. Rebooted again...still nothing. What am I missing? Hoe can I get from Apps listing to System Apps?
