Well I told myself not to, but I did anyways. I installed beta3 and it running pre6good, except in Gmail I cannot attach a file in an email. It just crashes the app. So I went to photos and tried to share a pic to Gmail.... NOPE. It crashes photos.

So I will opt out just go back to stable. Was fun while it lasted.

Have you tried clearing cache on the apps and force closing then attempting again?

Yes cleared cache and data... Neither worked

I may just factory reset and see where that gets me before I revert back to stable

Edit: factory reset worked.

I've been using beta 3 for 24 hours and here's my report. Everything just works. It is smooth, it is fluid, and it doesn't crash. Any stutter or lag in the screen has disappeared. The camera no longer crashes. It is just a pleasure to use. Actually, the only issue that I found is that sometimes with some of my charging devices it says that the device is not compatible with this phone. However, it still works fine.

Where is trusted devices now? I haven't been able to find it since the beginning of 14 beta.
It's buried about 4 layers deep now in Security settings, under the More... option. Not liking how deep they moved it. The entire Security Settings have been rearranged and it's not as easy to find things

Thank you! Seems I had lost all my trusted devices/places settings. Driving me nuts.

That happened to me a few times with my P4 XL and my P6, just poof...gone, for no reason. So far it has not happened yet on my P7 Pro...knock on wood.

Now that I'm retired and don't need my phone for work, I'm thinking of jumping in. When is the approximate time do you all think that the stable 14 will be sent out where I can then opt out without wiping? Thanks

I have been running the betas on my daily phone without major issues. I was actually going to make a post about how my battery life is better after the latest update.

I had a lot of issues, signal, Gmail attachments, attachments from Google photos, had to factory reset and it fixed them all

Yes a factory reset definitely fixed all of my issues

In fact, since a factory reset there has been ZERO issues that I have had or found yet... Quite happy with the way it's been running.
