Android 2.2 Froyo Calendar Issues

oving the new 2.2 on the incredible.....lots of great performance improvements.
Just wanted to see if anyone else is having calendar issues:

1. when selecting an event there is no edit button (can long press to edit though). It seems to be doing something weird when selecting an event. It will show the event then flash to a screen as if it's an invitation.
2. events created on the phone show up as invitations on my google calendar
3. google calendar seems to be syncing a lot even though I have not made changes.

I believe most of these issues are also happening on the HTC EVO with 2.2. Any ideas?

Is anyone else seeing this on 2.2???

I'm having issues with the calendar not syncing my sports team calendars. They do not show up on the list of calendars and when I update on google, it doesn't change. Anyone know how to add subscription calendars to the phone?

just noticed an issue since the 2.2 upgrade.

Has anyone else found that they cannot edit calendar entries once entered into calendar? Originally I thought it was just existing entries, but now I find entries that I put in my phone's calendar last night/this morning (way after the upgrade), I cannot edit from the phone; I have to go into google calendar to edit. Annoying to say the least! Anyone else notice this, or know of a way around it?

I've seen these same issues... although thanks for the heads up with regards to editing the event.

I hope they fix this. It's driving me crazy

Are you using the HTC calendar or the android calendar? If you're wishing widget style you can choose between HTC and and android. The app alone I think you can only use HTC.

I use HTC and no problem. I've always long pressed to edit anyway. I've entered stuff into my calendar and went into edit with no problems. No problem with the widget or app.

Rather it's syncing a lot I"m not sure.

I didn't know there was two calendars. I'm using the calendar app that came on it. The only widget I use is for the agenda view. So I guess I'm using the HTC calendar then?

I don't know why I'm having this problem...

I have recently updated to the 2.2 version and now cannot edit an event either. I can edit it on my laptop but not the phone. How do you do a long press edit?

Just figured out the long press. I am fine with this, as it really doesn't take any more time at all. When the event is collapsed just press for 2 seconds or so and a new window/box opens, where you can edit, view, delete, or share. Thanks as reading the posts gave me the answer!!
