Android 2.2 sent?

I got a text message from verizon on my phone this afternoon. It said "Your Droid Incredible was sent the Android 2.2 software update including Adobe Flash 10.1..."

Does this mean my phone now has it? Or do I have to go somewhere to download it? Also, it states one of the new features is "3G Mobile Hotspot - use the DROID Incredible as a 3G Mobile Hotspot for up to five Wi-Fi enabled devices." Is there a fee for this or is this part of the 29.99 data plan?

Any info would be much appreciated.

You will need to download it. 3g hot spot will cost extra $ 20/month.

Sorry.....was trying to use Swype but I am not very good at it. You will need to go to Menu...then Settings...then About Phone....then System Updates. I think that will start your download. If at all possible, try to be on WiFi as it will go faster.
