Android 4.0 Tablet stopped working :(

I just received my Android 4.0 Tablet last week. I haven't downloaded anything to this tablet I don't have on my Android phone and as of yesterday it won't power on past the Android screen. I do not have a SD card for it yet but could get one easily if that will solve the problem. I don't have many apps on the tablet because I haven't had it long. The display is 7 "LED, system memory is 512MB DDR Nand Flash 4GB/8GB/16GB. If you need anymore info please let me know. Any help would be a blessing. Thank you!

What is the actual model of the tablet and who makes it?

This is what I believe it is. I can't double check this info since I can't turn the pad on but model number in the user manual shows Smart-11, Android version: 4.0.1, Baseband version 4.0, Kernel version: 3.0.8, Build number: crane_smart11-eng 4.0.1 ITL41D.liliang.20120110.175637 test-keys. That's all the info I have.
