Android 4.2.2 to 4.4.2

I have a Asus memopad hd 7 , I want to go for a 9.7" tablet and have found one , however it is KitKat 4.4.2 .
I am concerned as to how I will get my apps and games onto the new tablet .
I have some off Amazon and kindle with books and also games which I have managed to go quite far on the levels and don't want to start again .And also on the play store , in other words I want everything that is on my tablet now , just to be on the new one the only difference will be the bigger screen oh and of course it will be KitKat 4.4.2.
Is this possible to do .
If anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
This is the tablet i am thinking of buying .

9.6" INCH IPS ANDROID OCTA CORE PHONE TABLET PC 3G GPS DUAL SIM 32GB ROM 4GB RAM 4.4.2 KitKat

Re: Android 4.2.2 to 4.4.2

When you buy a new device, you can restore your purchased apps via Google Play when you sign into the device and it will ask you if you wish to restore apps.

As for books you will restore these via the Kindle app when you install that on the new tablet.

As for game saves, I don't think they will transfer over unless using a specific data app to do so, try Helium or Titanium, they should copy over that data

Edit: In fact you could just use the backup apps to restore everything.
