Android 4.3 messages dialog Galaxy Note 2

Hi, I just upgraded my note2 with the 4.3 version of android. I need help.
There are some things I actualy don't like mainly regarding the design look of some parts.
Firstly, in the text messages conversation (dialog) there are newly added contact icons by the left and right margin. And because of that the width of conversation bubbles is smaller. That causes the message dialogs to be pretty messed up and not so good looking like it was on the older version of android.
Is there any way to solve this problem, to set this up? Is there any way to remove these contact icons and make bubbles wider, like before? Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

If your rooted you have some options like finding and flashing a custom themed or modified version of the text app or even possibly installing the old text messaging app.

If your stock/unrooted then there isn't a whole lot you can do besides running a 3rd party SMS app like GO SMS or similar.
