android 4.3 on galaxy s3

Hi guys, I updated my phone via over the air today to android 4.3 and all good apart from 2 things the first is that the phone seems to take a few seconds to wake up from being locked and even more annoying is the notification bar keeps showing the contents of my downloads ! anyone else getting this and possibly have a fix ?

Have you tried clearing cache in recovery?

I updated my phone firmware and installed Kies 3 on my PC as well. I was rather perplexed that I couldn't find out how to synchronise with my Outlook calendar, contacts and to-do, either by Kies WiFi or USB cable to my phone - a function that I absolutely rely on. Having just spent the best part of an hour on the phone to the Samsung support centre, they have now admitted that it is not possible to synchronise with the new software! So if you need to synchronise, DON'T UPGRADE!!!

There are a few issues with the 4.3 update. Battery and lagging issues are the main culprits. Like your lock screen. My s3 is haveing both these problems.

I'm having the same problems. very slow to wake up and it constantly keeps putting notifications in list after I've cleared them!
is there a fix for this!!

Dont seem to be anytime soon.

It's seems that Samsung have pulled the 4.3 update for some reason. I would update for now until they sort it out. :-\
