Android 4.4.4 Unable to rearrange home screens

Hi

I am unable to rearrange home screens in 4.4.4. Long pressing the empty part of home screen opens the Wall Paper options

Please let me know how to do this

Long press a blank area. You should drop into a translucent screen with WALLPAPERS, WIDGETS SETTINGS at the bottom and translucent images of your existing screens above. Scroll the translucent images until you reach the one you want to move, long press it, and then drag it to reposition.

(this assumes you are using the Google Now Launcher, btw)

I am using the default launcher in my Moto G (4.4.4 version) which has a arrow and Android icon in between

I believe that is a feature of the stock launcher in Kit Kat. You can use a launcher like Nova or Apex and you will be able to do it again.

I just tested it out on Moto X on 4.4.4 and you have to press the home button twice to be able to add wallpapers.
