Android 4 update

My bank app. Won't load on my android 4.2 system can i upgrade to run the bank app?

That may depend on the device, but my gut says it's probably as current as it's going to be.

Welcome to Android Central! Android 4.2 is very much outdated, and most likely has a number of unpatched vulnerabilities. For sensitive apps like those for banking, security is paramount -- so if you want to use the banking app, look into getting a more current device.
