Android 5.0 encryption of the phone gives a Bluetooth problem, how can I fix this?

android 5.0 encryption of the phone gives bluetooth problem

I just bought myself an Huawei P8 lite.
When I activate the encryption on the phone, my bluetooth is disabled and I can't activate it anymore (option is grey).
The only solution is to restore the phone to the factory settings.
Is this a known Android 5.0 issue of is this a Huawei problem...

Same problem here. GPS is still working after encryption.

On my LG G2 encryption's working fine and I've got no problems with bluetooth or GPS. Seems like a Huawei specific problem to me.

I have a Huawei P8 Lite and I have the same issue.

When I encrypted my phone, my GPS, bluetooth became greyed-out and wont activate.

I needed to encrypt because my work has a mail policy to have the phone encrypted first before we can put work email on user phone.
Now since I do not have GPS, my Waze is not as accurate. I don't use Waze anymore.
