Thought it might be fun to see how Android 5 stacks up against Kitkat.
These are test numbers from when I had Kitkat 4.4.2 on my Nexus 7 2012 wifi edition.
From full charge.
18 days 2 hours 35 minutes.
Screen on time was 2 hours 16 minutes.
20% charge left.
Consisting of gaming, file transfer, photo transfer.
Mostly gaming.
Android 5 from full charge.
Nexus 7 2012 wifi edition.
15 days 2 hours 21 minutes.
Screen on time was 1 hour.
22% charge left.
Mostly gaming.
Not a scientific test by any means, but it looks like my tablet definitely took a hit in battery life.
