Android 7.0 Nougat bug - Birthday and Anniversary

When I add an event (Birthday or Anniversary) in the stock Contact App in one of my Google Gmail saved contacts, the event is not syncing over to the stock Calendar app (had this problem in the past as well). What is strange is that all the birthdays that were entered into my contacts prior to the 7.0 update appear, but anything added after the update do not appear. Under "Manage Calendars" I have "Birthdays" turned on. Any ideas? Anyone else having this problem?

It's working now....started working on its own...sweet
