Android 7.1.1 on ChromeOS UI Issues

Hello, First Post!

So, I have a Dell Chromebook 11 that has Google Play on it. It comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat on the side for the apps to run on. I have a rather annoying issue with it.

I open apps, say YouTube; and it is in full screen. I open up the Menus and it doesn't show up; it opens the menu and I can click stuff but It makes the actual menu invisible. I can make the app smaller and the Menus show up. It'd be easier to explain if I had a way to screenshot it though.
