Android 7 not reading some MP3 tags correctly, showing file names instead of tags.

Hello peeps.

I've had this issue for quite some time but recently for some unknown reason its been getting worse. Nearly all of my songs display 100% fine but about about 100 or so tracks have issues. I've tried multiple apps including Shuttle+, Play Music, Phonograph, Eon Player, Automa Tag etc and they all have the same issue. The weird thing is android can obviously read the tags as when I edit tags in Shuttle etc it shows all the tags correctly but immediately ignores them after.

I have a Moto X force with Android 7.0

My phone has 3gb of ram, 32gb rom, and a 32gb SD card. Approx 6gb available on internal and 6gb on SD card.
